The three account roles, what each can do, and how to invite or remove someone.
Invite teammates into your account instead of sharing your own login. Each person gets a role that controls what they can see and change across every workspace under that account.
From the Members page, click Invite teammate, enter their email, and pick a role (it defaults to Member). HarperFlow generates a share link rather than emailing it for you. Copy it and send it however you'd like, over email, chat, or however your team normally talks. The link expires in 14 days.
Owners and admins can change a member's role or remove them at any time from the Members page, with one exception: the last remaining owner can't be demoted or removed, so an account can never end up without one. Removing someone takes effect immediately. They lose access across every workspace under the account right away, not just from the Members list.
Note: Only an existing owner can grant the owner role to someone else. An admin can invite and manage members, but can't create a second owner.
