Getting Started
What each tab in the HarperFlow dashboard is for, once setup is done.
Once setup finishes, you land in your workspace. Everything in the sidebar is scoped to whichever site is currently active, so switch sites first if you manage more than one (see Managing multiple sites). Here's what each tab does.
Your landing page: a quick read on what's happening with this site right now.
Every article HarperFlow has drafted, scheduled, or published for this site, across every stage (drafted, scheduled and awaiting your review, or already live), including the veto window before anything goes live.
A read-only view of what HarperFlow has learned about your brand and how your content is growing over time.
An account-level rollup across every site you manage. This only appears if you're on an Agency account or you manage more than one site. A single-site Solo account won't see it, since there'd be nothing to roll up.
Controls how published articles look: your accent color, a live preview, and a way to re-style everything you've already published. See Choosing a layout.
Your connection's health, where articles publish, and reconnecting if something breaks. See Reconnecting and token health and Managing multiple sites.
Invite teammates into this workspace and manage their access.
Your subscription. Solo accounts see a per-site Plan page; Agency accounts see one consolidated Agency Billing page covering every client site instead.
Two tabs, Syndicate and Matchmaker, are labeled "upcoming" in the sidebar. They aren't live features yet. Each one explains what's planned and lets you ask to be notified when it ships.
Note: Portfolio only shows up once you actually have more than one site, or an Agency account. If you're set up with a single site on Solo, don't worry that it's missing; that's expected, not broken.
