Autopilot & Publishing
The email HarperFlow sends after each run, listing what it just scheduled and your chance to skip anything before it publishes.
Every time a run finishes writing and scheduling a batch of articles, whether autopilot triggered it or you did, HarperFlow emails your team a digest of exactly what it just scheduled. It's the proactive nudge that tells you it's time to look, on top of the ongoing veto window itself.
The digest goes out once per completed run, right after that run's articles have their publish slots assigned. It isn't a recurring daily or weekly email; if a run produces nothing to review (for instance, every candidate topic turned out to already be covered), no digest goes out for it.
Anyone on your team with the owner, admin, or editor role on the organization receives the digest. Viewers do not.
Each digest lists the articles from that run by title, alongside the exact time each is scheduled to publish, and a link back to your veto queue in the dashboard. There's nothing to click to "approve": the articles are already on the schedule. The only action available is opening the queue and skipping anything you don't want.
The digest is a convenience, not the review mechanism itself. The actual window you have to act in runs from the moment an article is created until its own scheduled time, regardless of whether an email ever arrives. If your organization has nobody with a usable email address, or transactional email isn't configured for your account, the schedule still holds and the dashboard queue is still the source of truth.
Warning: Don't treat "I didn't get a digest" as "there's nothing to review." Check your Articles queue directly if you have any doubt, especially right after a large batch.
