How to review scheduled articles before they publish, now that there's no separate approval step to click through.
There's no "approve" button in HarperFlow. Every article is already scheduled the moment it's written, and reviewing it means deciding, any time before its publish slot, whether to let it go live or stop it.
Your Articles page is segmented into Upcoming, Published, and Skipped. Upcoming is where the review actually happens: every scheduled article, and any rare pending-review article, with its publish time shown right on the row. Switching between the three tabs tells you, at a glance, how much of your recent output is still awaiting a decision versus already settled one way or the other.
On any upcoming article, these three actions cover everything you can do without leaving the queue:
Two things call out an article that deserves extra attention before its slot arrives: a Review suggested tag when its automatic quality check came back below the bar, and an amber "last chance to skip" chip once it's within 24 hours of publishing.
Skipped an article and reconsidered? A Restore action on any skipped, or taken-down, article brings it back to pending review, ready for a new slot, exactly as if it had just been written.
Warning: Skip only works before an article publishes. Once it's live on your site, use Take this down instead; it's the equivalent action for something that already went out.
